Sign up as a creator. Add your shop name, a short story, and the categories you make. Takes 5 minutes.

List your pieces
Upload photos, set prices, add shipping rates. Variants and personalization options if you offer them. You can save drafts and publish later.

That’s the whole pricing page. Card processing fees are paid to Stripe separately (industry standard — about 2.9% + 30¢). HANDORA collects and remits sales tax where required, so you don’t have to.

What makers usually ask.

When do I get paid?

When you mark an order delivered, Stripe releases the funds to your connected account on its standard payout schedule (typically 2 business days). We never sit on your money — it goes straight to Stripe, then to your bank.

What's the 8% fee for?

Platform operating costs: payments infrastructure, hosting, customer support, sales-tax filing on your behalf in states where required, and continued product development. There are no other fees from HANDORA.

Do I handle sales tax?

No. HANDORA is the marketplace facilitator — we collect sales tax at checkout and remit to the relevant US state. You’re still responsible for your own income / self-employment tax on what you earn, but the buyer-side state sales tax is handled.

Can I sell from outside the US?

You can ship to the US from anywhere. Stripe Connect Express, which powers payouts, supports most countries — see Stripe’s country list. For now we’re US-focused on the buyer side; international buyer support is on the roadmap.

What about shipping?

You set your own shipping rates per piece (domestic + international), and you pick the carrier. HANDORA stays out of the logistics — you ship from your studio, the buyer gets a tracking number from you.

Can I take custom orders?

Yes. Buyers can send you a custom request from your shop page or any product page; you reply with a price and timeline; if they accept, it becomes a regular order with the same checkout and payout flow.

What if a buyer wants a refund?

There’s a built-in refund flow. Buyers raise a request from their order page; you can approve (with or without return), decline, or counter. We’re here if either side needs help.

Is HANDORA only for full-time artists?

Not at all. Plenty of makers sell here while working a day job — the tools work the same whether you ship 1 piece a month or 100. Setup is fast precisely so it’s low-commitment to start.
